FAQs
Orders
Do I need an account to order? Yes — a free account lets you check out, track all your orders in one place, save addresses, keep a wishlist and collector profile, and enter giveaways and auctions. Signing up takes a few seconds, or use Continue with Google.
Where do you ship from? From Japan, worldwide, by Japan Post. Orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days.
How much is shipping? It's worked out at checkout from your order's packed weight and your country — see the price table on Shipping & Delivery. If an item doesn't have a weight yet or the parcel is over 2 kg, we'll email you a Japan Post quote to pay separately after you order.
Why did I get a separate payment request? Either your shipping was quoted after your order, or Japan Post charged more than the estimate at checkout. The email explains which, and your parcel is sent once it's paid.
Will I pay import tax? Possibly — your country's customs may charge import VAT or duties on parcels from Japan. These aren't included in our prices.
How do I pay? By card (including Apple Pay and Google Pay) through Stripe. We never see or store your card details. See Payment Methods.
Can I change or cancel my order? Only before it's dispatched — contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
Where's my order? You'll get tracking by email when it ships, and you can follow it any time under My Account → Orders.
Can I return something? All sales are final and we don't accept returns. If an item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days and we'll deal with it case by case. See the Returns Policy.
Do you have discount codes? Codes are shared in our newsletter, on Discord and at events. Enter one at checkout.
Sizing
How do your clothes fit? Relaxed and slightly oversized. The Size Guide has full measurements.
A size I want is sold out — will it come back? Use "Want this? Let us know" on the product page — tell us the most you'd pay and we'll email you when it's back or if we can source it in Japan.
Lucky Wheel live draws
What am I buying with a Lucky Wheel ticket? A ticket gets you into a private live stream session. During the stream, the featured item is given away free as a prize, by lucky draw, to one of the ticket holders. You're paying for access to the live stream — not for the item itself.
How is the winner chosen? Live on the stream, at the time shown on each Lucky Wheel page, by random draw between that session's ticket holders. The winner is then listed on the Lucky Wheel page and contacted by email.
Can I buy more than one ticket? One ticket per person per session.
Where's the live stream? On our Discord (and/or YouTube) — ticket holders receive the access details by email.
Auctions
How does bidding work? Enter the most you'd pay — we bid for you, only as much as needed to keep you in front. A bid in the last few minutes extends the auction so nobody can snipe. Shipping from Japan is quoted once we've packed the item.
