Where we ship
We ship worldwide from Japan with Japan Post (international mail with tracking).
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days of payment. You'll get an email when your order is being prepared, and another with the tracking number when it's on its way. You can follow it any time under My Account → Orders.
Shipping prices
Shipping is worked out at checkout from the packed weight of your order and the destination zone, using Japan Post's price list:

Approximate prices in GBP at ¥205 = £1, rounded up to the next 50p. Countries by zone: East Asia — China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, South Korea, Mongolia. Rest of Asia — South-East, South and Central Asia and the Middle East. Europe / Oceania / Canada — including the UK, Australia and New Zealand. USA — including Puerto Rico. Rest of World — everywhere else (Africa, Latin America and others).
When shipping is quoted after your order: if an item doesn't have a weight on the site yet, your parcel is over 2 kg, or it's going to an address in Japan, checkout won't charge shipping. Once we've packed and weighed your parcel, we'll email you the exact Japan Post price with a link to pay it separately. Your order is dispatched once that's paid.
If the post office charges more: the prices above are estimates. If Japan Post charges more than you paid at checkout (for example because of packaging or a rate change), we'll email you a separate payment request for the difference before your parcel is sent.
Customs, duties and import tax
Orders are sent from Japan, so your country's customs may charge import VAT, duties or handling fees on arrival. These aren't included in our prices or shipping and are paid by the recipient. We declare the real value and contents on every parcel, as the law requires.
Delivery times
Delivery after dispatch depends on the destination and on customs — typically 1–2 weeks, sometimes longer in busy periods. Japan Post's tracking shows each step.
Delivery problems
- Tracking hasn't moved for 2 weeks: contact us and we'll open an enquiry with Japan Post.
- Returned to us undelivered (wrong address, not collected, refused): we'll contact you to re-send it — the new postage is payable — or to cancel the order.
- Arrived damaged: keep the packaging and send us photos within 7 days of delivery — see the Returns Policy.
Auction and Lucky Wheel prizes are shipped the same way; for prizes we'll contact you about shipping before sending.
